I come from a long line of traditional Mexican cooks and culinary entrepreneurs that have greatly influenced my live, and in turn, the way I run Los Chilangos. Having the largest impact on me was my Father, who ran a successful tamale business in Mexico City just like my Grandfather before him. I worked for my Dad, and he passed down to me what he'd learned from his Father about running a respectable business. My Father taught me about hard work and quality, but he also taught me to be my own men. Because of my Father's lessons I work hard to deliver quality and exceed my customers' expectations. In order to be my own men, I decided to ditch the tamales of our family's past and stake my reputation on Al Pastor. But, while the Al pastor might be the signature dish, I am determined to deliver perfection in every item listed on our menu. My food is greatly influenced by my Mother's recipes, and believe us, I wouldn't want to let her down.

Cabeza taco (head or cheek), very fresh. One of the best tacos I've had. Always people there. I traveled from covington just to try them out and it was worth it! Friendly people, plenty of space.

Los Chilangos is the real deal. They're my goto for "proper" tacos in this locale. They've even got champurrado in the wintertime! Good carnitas & a tasty asada/chorizo blend they call the chupacabra. Get some tacos!

One of the best things about Mexico is the authentic street food you find throughout the country. Los Chilangos does an excellent job recreating this experience with their food truck. Wonderful flavors are present in their menu. I highly recommend the wet burrito. Especially if you're hungry!

The torta is amazing. The grilled cheese on the inside is the best. The crispy cheese adds just the right texture to the tender meat and delicious beans. The rice had a traditional and very authentic Mexican flavor. The service was friendly and Miriam( I think that was her name) was accommodating. She moved a table under their over hang, as it was raining, for us. We also sampled a quesadilla and tacos. All were tasty and the mild salsa has a nice hint of chipotle. I cannot wait to have them cater my wedding.

Such incredible food and customer service. If you’re even considering them for a special event, just do it. They will not disappoint!

I was thrilled to have Los Chilangos at my wedding. They served all my guests quickly, and lots of people went back for seconds because the food was great. It was the easiest catering option I could ever ask for - everything was provided, and all we had to do was make space for their truck and get hungry. Their prices were also extremely reasonable, and they were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Food was gross, more fat than actual meat. Horchat was out dated. Vegetables in the burrito was not fresh, there was something green inside pretty firm it was not guacamole. Tooooooo expensive for a poor food. Place was well kept and tidy.

We hired Los Chilangos for a neighborhood client party in September in Seattle. It was outstanding and everything went as planned. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable! The food was outstanding and everyone commented on how authentic it was. Great food items for picky kids too! We will definitely hire Los Chilangos again for future events. They are highly recommended.

We used them for our wedding in 06/2018 and loved it! Our guests still comment that it was one of the best parts of the wedding, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.We did have a little hiccup where due to our location they were unable to arrive on time (low bridge and food truck do not go well together) and were calling me instead of the contact to sort it out. But once they arrived, they set up quickly and everything was delicious! Would recommend again and again.

This place is soooo good, it must be the best taco truck in the neighborhood. I live right down the street so I get them time to times whenever I crave tacos. Their drenched burrito is super good too!

Disappointed in the fact that they were supposed to come two different times to our neighborhood. First time, was cancelled and rescheduled the day they were supposed to come and the second time was a no show. No response to phone calls or text messages. Many people came through from different neighborhoods and wanted to support your business. This was definitely not handled in a professional manner. ZERO STARS!

Just had the best burrito ever!!! It was full of flavor and very hefty! I went for the habanero sauce burrito with their special 3meatsmix I forgot the name. But it was full of flavor and really enjoyed every bite. They also have a great champurrado!!!!

They were highly organized in booking the event, arrival time, etc. The truck arrived on time, set up, and were ready to go when our guests arrived.
